Issues of Improving the Efficiency of the Social Protection System Discussed in Navoi

During his visit to Navoi region, Mansurbek Olloyorov, Director of the National Agency for Social Protection, held a meeting with supervisors of the “Inson” social services center and local social workers.

The meeting discussed practical approaches to working with families in difficult social situations, processes for assessing complex cases, as well as methodological work aimed at improving the efficiency of the social protection system in the regions.

In addition, detailed attention was given to the ongoing implementation of a 4-stage supervision system in social work. Supervisors presented training processes including the stages of Training, Shadowing, Supervision, and Mentorship, highlighting their application in practice and initial results.

During the analysis of processes, errors and shortcomings observed in practical activities, existing gaps, and proposals for further system improvement were discussed. The director emphasized that regular professional development of social workers and the systematic implementation of supervision are crucial for enhancing the quality of social protection.
