Today, special attention is paid to volunteer activities in our country, and several laws and by-laws have been signed to further support its activities.
The rights of volunteers and all opportunities for their free activity are created in these legal documents.
The number of young people who want to become a volunteer is increasing day by day due to the laws and projects being implemented.
📣 On August 11 of this year, in the Palace of Youth Creativity in Tashkent, based on the government's decision "On measures to further support volunteer activities", with the participation of employees responsible for volunteer activities in ministries and agencies, the Youth Affairs Agency and Volunteers association organized a training seminar on the topic "Organization of effective work with volunteers in state bodies".
The main goal of the training seminar is to involve volunteers in the activities of state bodies and to introduce mechanisms to support them, to bring volunteer activities to a new level.
Also, it is to create volunteer groups in the presence of state management bodies, local executive authorities, and through the groups to implement some tasks and functions of state bodies under volunteer activities, in a cost-effective way.
⚡️During this educational seminar, experts in the field gave information on topics such as "Who is a volunteer?", "How should a volunteer be?", "Legal foundations of volunteering in Uzbekistan."
Also, the presentation of the single platform volontyor.uz, which maintains the accounts of volunteers based on the Youth Portal, was also held.
The volontyor.uz platform is an online platform that keeps track of volunteers, volunteer groups and organizations in our country and constantly highlights their activities.
🧑🏻💻 In addition, this platform includes training manuals and video tutorials on preparing young people for volunteering.
