The National Agency for Social Protection Participated in “Samarkand Marathon 2025”

On November 8–9, the representatives of the National Agency for Social Protection actively participated in the traditional international charity running marathon held in Samarkand. This year, the marathon was organized within the framework of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference.

The event gathered more than 8,000 participants from nearly 40 countries. The main races took place on November 9.

The marathon featured distances of 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, a half marathon (21.097 km), and a full marathon (42.195 km).

Such events play an important role in promoting physical activity, encouraging a healthy lifestyle, and strengthening social solidarity.
